Don Juan Dracula is an indie rock band from Åsgardstrand, Norway. Having emerged from the underground scene in Oslo, DJD established themselves as one of the most popular bands in the electro scene over the last years. With all band members growing up in the 80's, their music is influenced by electronic bands from that era (Depeche Mode, OMD, Duran Duran and Pet Shop Boys). DJD play catchy and melodious guitar based pop music with a lot of electronic and synth packaging.
"Young Debutantes II", their debut album, was released in 2005. An album of mesmerizing electronic pop, it was widely acclaimed by the critics and record-buyers in Norway.
