Eagle Seagull

Eagle Seagull is a band from Nebraska that doesn’t even fit into any existing genres. Formed in 2004, they released their eponymous debut album in 2006 to universal critical acclaim, featuring so chart-hostile songs that they rarely stayed under the 5-minute mark, preferring to reveal their secrets bit by bit. Their keenly anticipated new full length album, "The Year of the How-To Book", recorded with producer Ryan Hadlock (The Gossip, Blonde Redhead, Stephen Malkmus etc.), will be released in early 2010. Rumor has it that it will feature several tracks less than 4 minutes long, and this, I believe, won’t be the only surprise.
