Strange As Angels

Strange As Angels - A Tribute To The CureThere is no doubt that The Cure‘s dark and tormented music has influenced a great number of artists over the last 30 years, with Interpol, The Rapture, The Killers, The Smashing Pumpkins, KoRn, Blink-182, AFI, Deftones, My Chemical Romance, and nearly all non-pop-punk based emo bands being the first names that spring to mind. Without further ado, Strange As Angels, a compilation featuring 35 Cure covers, is Indie Disco’s tribute to “the most successful alternative band that ever shuffled disconsolately about the earth.”
