Dancefloor Fillers #26

Depeche ModeNext month marks the return of Depeche Mode with Remixes 2:81-11, aka yet another collection of rather mediocre reworkings of their classic tracks, at least in my opinion. The lead single is today’s featured track, Personal Jesus (The Stargate Mix), but what most people are eagerly awaiting for are the exclusive remixes by former band members Vince Clarke and Alan Wilder – the first time either artist has remixed tracks for their former colleagues.

If the Basildon boys are not your cup of tea though, you can still check out Martin Solveig‘s Ready 2 Go with Bloc Party’s Kele doing his best Robert Smith impression. Finally, the usual drum & bass and dubstep offerings are courtesy of Shimon vs. Sparfunk, and Freestylers, respectively.
