Delphic

DelphicHailed by the British press as the future sound of Manchester, Delphic are an indie dance band that mixes the city’s post-punk heritage with euphoric electronica to create anthemic songs for a post-dance world. With a couple of singles already under their belt, the quartet of James Cook (vocals, bass), Matt Cocksedge (guitar), Richard Boardman (synths), and Dan Hadley (drums) are currently working with Berlin based producer / remixer Ewan Pearson on their debut album, due for release later this year.

If you grew up with the sounds of Underworld and Orbital, spent the last couple of years dancing to the tunes of Klaxons and Friendly Fires, or leave and breathe Kitsun?, then Delphic are right up your alley. Keep an eye on these newcomers, because they are going to be big.
