Blume

BlumeFormed in September 2008 in Milan, Italy, Blume is an electronic act comprised of Enrico Filisetti (vocals), Ivan Savino (keyboards, programming), and Daniele de Fabritiis (guitars). With lyrical influences ranging from European Romanticism to decadent poets and philosophers, the trio infuses early ’80s new wave with the sleek production sensibility of the 2000s to create a dark mix of bittersweet electronic harmonies, minor-key washes of sound, and spellbinding vocals that will appeal to fans of Depeche Mode, Mesh, De/Vision, and Wolfsheim.

Signed to prestigious American label A Different Drum, Blume will release their debut album Rise From Grey in September 2009 and, judging by the demos heard so far, this record will make a believer out of you, whether you are wearing black lipstick or not.
