Morning Parade

Morning ParadeHotly-tipped for success in 2011, Morning Parade are the five-piece dance-rock crossover of Steve Sparrow (vocals, guitar), Chad Thomas (guitar), Phil Titus (bass), Ben Giddings (keyboards), and Andy Hayes (drums). Hailing from Harlow, UK, they blend indie guitar riffs with pulsating synths and anthemic choruses that will have you singing along in no time. Think of a punchier Delphic with small hints of Coldplay, Muse and Enter Shikari to get the picture.

They might play self-declared music for the masses, but with songs such as Marble Attic, A&E, and brilliant new single Under The Stars this quintet has every right to be ambitious. Their debut album is expected to hit your iPod sometime this year and I’m pretty sure it will end up in many “Best of 2011” lists. You have been warned.
